Share Mannatech effectively in under 15 minutes – Part 2

In this interview with Mannatech Q13 Silver Presidential from South Africa, JP Koster, shares how money is made with a direct selling company. This is the 2nd part of a video presentation where JP shows how he can briefly and successfully share Mannatech and its unique opportunity on a “napkin” in under 15 minutes. A traditional business view

If you look at the traditional distribution model, it’s normally about 20% of the money of a product would go into production and about 80% of the money would go into advertising, marketing, shelf space, agents, all the middle men.

So if a product costs you $20 to make, about 80% of the money would go to the middle men and you and I would obviously pay $100 for the product. 

How does Mannatech work?

Mannatech uses the most powerful form of advertising – word of mouth marketing.

As a company, Mannatech places approximately a certain percentage of the turnover into research and development and into running the company. This ensures we keep securing patents and scientifically validating our technology. It also means then we can also offer a money-back guarantee on the disruptive technology used to make our products.

In addition, a certain percentage of company turnover gets paid out as commission to me and you to share Mannatech with other people for recommending and promoting.  There are two income streams

  1. Long-term income 

Long-term income is where you do the work once and you’re getting paid over and over and over again for that. This type of income can take some time to build up so what Mannatech did is introduce another stream of income…

  1. Active income

Active income is where you will earn once off commissions as a thank you for the very first time when the people you share Mannatech with actually join and set up their own account numbers. 

As a Mannatech Associate, you save approximately 20% on the retail price. You buy products directly from the company and the company will ship products directly to your doorstep if you live in one of the 24 countries Mannatech operates in.

Types of Associates

There are 2 types of Associates:

  1. Champion Associate. Champions purchase a fully customisable pack on joining;
  2. All Star Associate. All Stars can purchase fully customisable products packs with greater dollar value and more quality Mannatech products.

The differences between these packs is that with a All Star packs you earn all types of commissions the company pays out. 

Now remember I mentioned earlier that the company pays active incomes and long-term incomes? If you joined Mannatech as an All Star and you refer someone who buys a AUD$180 Champion Pack, you would earn AUD$15 in active income for making that referral to the company. 

If you joined Mannatech as an All Star and you refer someone who buys a AUD$598 All Star Pack, you would earn AUD$75 in active income for making that referral to the company.

Mannatech rewards you for building teams

Mannatech reward you for building teams. If you joined Mannatech as an All Star and you refer 4 people who each buy a AUD$598 All Star Pack, you would earn AUD$300 in active income for building that team.

For every 4th person that you enroll with an All-Star pack, you will make an additional bonus of AUD$400.

$AUD300 + AUD$400 = AUD$700

That means that you have made a total of AUD$700 for just referring 4 people.

Now think back about what I said in the beginning… It costs you AUD$598 as a once off investment to get started and you receive quality Mannatech products. You then referred Mannatech 4 people who purchased an All Star pack each and you’ve made $700 back so you’re already AUD$102 in profit. By referring 4 people, you have paid off your initial investment in your business and the rest is profit from now on.

The next income that the company pays out on is the long-term income.  Don’t forget, you can carry on earning these bonuses and these commissions as you keep referring new people. 

Remember long-term income is where you are going to do the work once but you are going to get paid over and over again for that? OK so you have your first 4 people to Mannatech, let’s call them Fred, Jenny, Mary and Paul.  The All Star packs that Fred, Jenny, Mary and Paul purchased in the same Business period had a point value (400 points each). The PV or point value you have accumulated is 1,600 points.

National Director

Remember, Mannatech rewards you for building teams. So you have Fred, Jenny, Mary and Paul in your team currently. What you want to do next is to help them also become Regional Directors, just like you did.

  • Fred refers 4 people who buy an All Star pack (1600 points)
  • Jenny refers 4 people who buy an All Star pack (1600 points)
  • Mary refers 4 people who buy an All Star pack (1600 points)
  • Paul refers 4 people who buy an All Star pack (1600 points)

Total points you earn=6,400

You will now have over 6,000 points in your group. This is what you would like to do in the first 1-3 months. By doing so you will reach the next level of success in your Mannatech business called National Director.

Moving up the leadership ladder

After qualifying as a National Director, you then help 3 people in your team become Executive Directors.

You want to help those 3 people maintain that level. By doing so you reach the Presidential Director level, having over 60,000 points in your business.
