Sanctuary Point Spring Fair

My wonderful Mannatech team travelled from Canberra and Port Stephens to promote MannaBears at the Sanctuary Point Spring Fair. The whole team came together to support this event AND I didn’t even them!!! It’s the third year Mannatech has had a presence at this event.

We decorated our stand in a Australiana billabong theme. We had a fishing game to attract the young ones and they got quite excited over catching fish and then getting a lucky dip prize. While the kids fished, the parents were introduced to MannaBears.

The weather was great until the wind came up and forced an early pack up but overall it was a great day out and further connections were made in the community.

Sydney sparkles in September

Opportunity meeting

The opportunity meeting in Sydney kicked off with some inspiring stories from from Regional Directors Paul Hughes and Rachel Jones, and National Directors Jacqui Mackley and Natasha Collins who shared how Mannatech had made a difference to their lives..

Our very own Bronze Presidential Karen Denniss shared the Mannatech business opportunity refering to Robert Kiyosaki’s Cashflow Quadrant, the Mega Trends and The Three Point Plan. This information really inspired the new guests to want to know and understand more so that they could then share this fantastic opportunity with others.

Around 20 people attended, including Associates who had been re-inspired with The Three Point Plan. It’s great to see Sydney on the move!

Associate Training

This excellent training was attended by around 30 people from all  different teams across the NSW region.

Bronze Presidential Karen Denniss led the way in highlighting the 3 Powers that underpin the 3 point Plan:

  • “The Power of Unity”
  • “The Power of Submission”
  • “Power of the Spoken Word.”

And then highlighted that the next step is ACTIVITY. The basics for this are known as 4 Basics, incorporating:

1. Making a list of names;

2. Contacting and inviting

3. Presentation/Meeting

4. Follow-Up.

This session was very informative and duplicatable, allowing it to be easily passed on to new Associates.

Once these basics are understood and acted upon it is essential to ensure that the activities are effective to ensure that one becomes  a “Healthy” ND

The activities required  include:

  1. Show the plan or share the products 15 times per BP
  2. Complete your Daily Dozen with your Daily Habits Tracking Sheet
  3. Complete 5 core ‘ME’ activities.

–          The “ME” activities are essential to everyone’s success in operating a Mannatech business and include listening to CD’s and reading books as part of yor daily or weekly routine. Mannatech corporate are assisting with this with new Tool of the Month (T.O.M.) program which will be launching very soon. We are grateful to all the leaders who shared their thoughts and presentations, stepping out of their comfort zones to inspire us all. There’s nothing quite as good as some really down to earth nitty gritty training to get you fired up and heading in the right direction- and that’s exactly what we got!

No day is complete without recognizing the achievers amongst us that day too, so we would like to congratulate the following who were recognised and awarded their certificates at the training:

  • Jacqui Mackley – “First Power Bonus”
  • Top Enrollers – Jess Armstrong and Jacqui Mackley

Finally, Karen ended the day with her call to action: Go forward bravely and with confidence with the 3 point plan and share it with others on a consistent basis.
