Christchurch Opportunity Meeting – 22nd Nov

On November 22nd, we held the first Opportunity Meeting in Christchurch for a long time. We had a great time Saturday afternoon with a great bunch of people. Attending, were a good mix of new guests and older Associates who haven’t been to a meeting “for years” they said.
During the Meeting, we covered topics like Who Is Mannatech and went over the ‘how to’s’ of enrolling.
Some of the folks who attended this Opportunity Meeting have indicated they are keen to attend the New Super Regional in Hamilton next February.
2015 looks bright for Christchurch and NZ overall!!!
Singapore Business Centre explodes with knowledge

Last weekend, Singapore experienced their first Leadership event combined with a Super Regional at the recently opened Business Centre.
On the Friday evening, Silver Presidential Directors Carolyn Jones and James Hannan lead a night of training for Singapore National Directors and above. 15 Singapore leaders learnt about how to successfully build a Mannatech business and use the Three Point Plan as the supporting system to build leaders.
On the Saturday, 5 hours of solid product and business-building content were shared with Mannatech Associates during the Singapore Super Regional. Executive Director Jennifer Teo was the MC for this event, with nearly 40 excited attendees in the audience.
The day started with National Director Celine Goh sharing information about Mannatech products and she defined the Mannatech business opportunity. She presented a fresh perspective of Mannatech as a company that appealed to everyone.
National Director Ang Ah Sin then took the stage to share why Mannatech products are so unique in a marketplace full of nutritional supplements sourced from synthetic substances. He contrasted that to Mannatech’s approach of using ingredients from plant or food-based sources. This approach gave us an added advantage in the market, he said.
He also shared how the audience should read the labels of nutritional supplements to really know about what was going inside their body.
National Director Saran Kesavan then shared his perspective of how Mannatech products can be promoted to the people around us. He spoke about some very practical business tactics including how to create leads for your business and how to cope with all sorts of questions. He said that being strong and maintaining a positive attitude, combined with bullet-proof belief, would drive your business further. Building a large and successful Mannatech business is both an art and science.
What defines a leader? What qualities are necessary to fulfil the role of leader? Bronze Presidential Director Lydia Leong emphasised the foundational qualities needed for a good leader in order to develop your Mannatech organisation, in her book review of Chris Brady and Orin Woodward’s book, “Launching a Leadership Revolution: The Five Levels of Influence”.
The five levels of influence are part of the ‘Me” component within the Three Point Plan:

5. Develop leaders who develop leaders.
The testimonies and stories from Associates and Silver Presidential Director Carolyn Jones kept many glued with much motivation and encouragement.
The day was concluded by Silver Presidential Director James Hannan. He cautioned our attitude and posture towards the busy holiday season will be the same attitude, posture and approach of how we will begin 2015. Positive change is required for growth to take place. He captured the audience’s attention by giving his PD ring to one Associate in the audience and asked him to dream about owning his dream car, a Toyota Lexus. James then encouraged everyone to focus on their dream to get them focused on achieving in 2015.
The turnout and the participation from the audience, leaders and PDs made this Super Regional a success. Thanks to the presence of Mannatech Australasia Finance Manager, Katie Fan, who highlighted the encouraging financial growth of the company. Adelaide Super Regional

The Adelaide Super Regional on Sat. Dec 6th was a resounding success.
We had over 100 attendees who were privileged enough to hear some top presenters such as Silver Presidential Simeon Cryer, Presidential Robyn Sulley and Dr Shireen Hodgetts – Chiropractic Practitioner.
Following in the footsteps of the South African Super Regional event that I was lucky enough to attend a few weeks ago, the day’s programme also included several other Associates (representing all leadership levels) speaking on topics close to their heart.
We received fantastic positive feedback from all who attended stating that they were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the speakers and the variety of topics covered.
Mannatech Australasia’s Operations and Customer Service Director Mark Haines and Bronze Presidential Judy Abbott began the day with recognising all of our leaders at various pin levels and congratulating a large number of new pin levels. It’s is always so exciting to see the huge growth that is ongoing here in our Adelaide team.
Regional Director Christine Brogan motivated and inspired us to invest in ourselves through the Tool of the Month* programme (which launched in BP13). She encouraged us to immerse ourselves in personal development – books, CD’s, DVD’s, trainings – and surround ourselves with positive like-minded people and successful leaders in the industry as “Success leaves clues.”
National Director Kristy Sapwell presented briefly on how to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. This really highlighted to many in the audience who had a fear of public speaking, that anything is possible if you push yourself to step out of your comfort zone.
We were given detailed information on the unique patented technology behind our products and how our body benefits from incorporating these by both Dr Shireen Hodgetts and Presidential Robyn Sulley.
National Director Tina Barbaro, Beauty Therapist, also presented on our ŪthTM Skin Rejuvenation Crème. She gave some very practical advice on how to make the most of this amazing new product to propel your business forward.
Several Associates shared very powerful (and emotional) testimonies on their favourite products and why they chose to partner with Mannatech. As always, these very personal accounts were remembered by those in the audience the most: real people with real life experiences from real food ingredients!
As one of the organisers, I want to acknowledge and thank Bronze Presidentials Judy and Trevor Abbott, the Adelaide team and the group of key leaders that organised the event and all of the presenters who volunteered to share their knowledge and experience and give up their time to be there. I want to especially pay credit to those who had the courage to present for the first time as they really inspired others at all levels to have a go in future events. Thanks also to Chris Pitcher who photographed the event and presented on our Mission 5 MillionSM and what being malnourished really means.
